This issue has been resolved, as long as customers using shared load balancers do not upgrade to the latest image yet

We are continuing to investigate this issue. As a reminder impacted customers can rollback to Feb 2024 AMI if upgraded to the latest 4.3, 4.4 to resolve the issue. Contact Support for additional help.
