Customer Impacting / Downtime Announcement(s)

ATTENTION: up to 1 hour of service interruption is expected.

We will be performing a scheduled upgrade of an internal database.

* Anypoint API Designer
* Mocking service
* Anypoint Runtime Manager
* Anypoint Flow Designer
* Anypoint Exchange
* Anypoint Studio
* Anypoint Monitoring
* Anypoint Visualizer
* MuleSoft Composer and Composer for Salesforce
* API Manager

* User Experience(UX): User Interface (UI) will display errors when:

* API Designer: projects are listed, opened or created.
* Mocking service: upon interaction within Anypoint Platform (API Designer or Exchange) or external REST calls.
* Flow Designer: users want to list their connections or configurations.
* Exchange: assets are published, deleted, and when asset portals are read or modified.
* Studio: creating an API project, importing an API Specification from Design Center, pulling or pushing from API projects synchronized with Design Center, or downloading a RAML from Design Center to a Mule Project.
* Composer: flows are listed, opened or created.
* API Manager: console will be unavailable, including all functions like viewing API, creating API or updating API. API Gateways already running are not impacted.
* Cloudhub CPU / Memory alerts: New and old Cloudhub CPU / Memory alerts will not be triggered until the maintenance is over
* Anypoint Monitoring & Visualizer: For new Apps/APIs, metrics data may not be available in Anypoint Monitoring and Anypoint Visualizer. This will be temporary and there is no data loss. The correct state will be restored after the update has been completed

* API Calls: REST APIs will not be accessible.
* Existing Runtimes: Runtime application schedules will be impacted and delayed. Custom notification in runtime won't be triggered..
* Logs and Data: log and metric display data will not be updated during the service interruption.
* Audit Log: search operations will fail

Following maintenance downtime:
* Logs and Data: will appear normal at the end of the update
* Runtimes and all services: will resume normal operation
